ABOUT:

Dickinson Square is located in the Pennsport section of South Philadelphia, and provides safe, comfortable and pleasing open space in a densely populated neighborhood. Dickinson Square Park features several basketball courts, swing sets, jungle gym equipment, and large shade trees on 3 acres of classic turn-of-the-century park design.

EVENTS:

• Wed 8/8: Happy Hour from 5-7 PM with the Friends on Dickinson Square Park. 50% of the proceeds will go to support Dickinson Square Park.

• Thur 8/9 | 6-7 PM: Join Roots2Rise for free yoga in the park! Donations are encouraged and those who donate will receive a free drink ticket to use at Parks on Tap that day.

• Sun 8/12 | 10AM-2PM: Join the Friends of Dickinson Square, Farm to City and Vetri Community Partnership for 2 hands-on cooking demonstrations alongside our Farmers Market to learn new ways to use fresh fruits and vegetables.

• Sun 8/12 | 10AM-2PM: Dickinson Square Farmers Market will be set up next to Parks on Tap! Grab some fresh ingredients and then hop on in for a beer!
