For one special night, Parks on Tap comes to Culture in the Courtyard at City Hall, a new outdoor performance series that brings the arts directly to Philadelphians at the heart of Philadelphia and the crossroads of the city.

Parks on Tap will have its signature beer garden set up from 4 to 9 p.m. alongside some of the city's favorite food trucks including Phoebe's BBQ on Wheels, for a casual way to enjoy the scene at Billy Penn's home.

From 5:30 to 6:30 p.m., Brotherly Love, comprised of selected members of the Philadelphia Gay Men’s Chorus, will perform pop music selections and songs of pride and empowerment.
